This role is central to ensuring smooth office operations, excellent client service, and effective administrative support across sales, lettings, and property management.Key Responsibilities:Welcome walk-in visitors and handle email queries or direct them to the relevant agentAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsManage office stationery, supplies, and office diaryMaintain property files (CRM and hard copy) and update online advertisementsPrepare brochures, window displays, and sales/letting documentation in line with RTB guidelinesAssist with sales files, service agreements, and follow-ups on sales completionsProvide support to the property management team, including preparing work orders and liaising with contractors and tenantsRegister and renew tenancies with the RTB and ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies ActsCarry out general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, distributing post, and petty cash managementIf you're interested or would like to find out more, please apply directly or contact or
