HR Executive/Analyst

This is a key opportunity to be involved in all areas of HR, supported by the HR Manager. You will work autonomously, with full support from the HR Manager, and be responsible for day-to-day HR functions, as well as collecting and analysing HR data and statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics:

You will collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources, including time and attendance systems, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, coaching sessions, and training databases. You will analyse these data and statistics to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

You will prepare reports on your findings and present them to the HR Manager, making recommendations for policies and activities to improve organisational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.

Recruitment/Onboarding/Retention/Review:

You will arrange and conduct inductions for new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to induction on site.

Data Management:

You will ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date, allowing for correct and reliable reporting and analysis.

Compliance:

You will conduct or assist with internal HR compliance audits.

HR Support:

You will be the point of contact for all HR queries, with support from the HR Manager for more complex issues.

Key Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.

Proficient in using organisation software platforms, such as TMS and nVolve.

Strong administrative skills.

A background and qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Self-motivated and autonomous.

Compliance-focused.

Holds the highest standards of confidentiality.
