Who should apply?This position suits a practical, detail-focused accountant who can operate independently while working well within a small, collaborative team: ACA/ACCA with 0–3 years' PQE in a Top 10 practice or in financial services industry Strong grounding in IFRS/FRS 102 and financial reporting Experience or strong interest in valuations and investment entities Excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of financial systems Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills Organised, dependable, and proactive with solid commercial awareness Comfortable managing recurring cycles across multiple entities Role and Reporting Lines Reporting to a senior finance manager, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for timely, accurate reporting across several investment entities and for supporting valuation and control processes: Manage month-end close, journals, reconciliations, and management reporting Build/support valuation models (e.g., discounted cash flow) and fair value assessments Deliver variance analysis and insights for management review Assist with statutory, audit, and tax deliverables Maintain cash flow forecasting and support treasury operations Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements Collaborate with peers across finance and operations to ensure continuity and efficiency Interested in this position?To apply, please submit your CV to Emma Murphy, who is managing this assignment, via the link below.
