Donegal The role will be varied, but the main duties include: Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
Ensure high standards of merchandising, presentation, and Points of Sale.
Lead and develop staff, communicate operating standards, and conduct regular meetings.
Monitor Fresh Food Departments, stock management, and ordering processes.
Manage budgets, overheads, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Support the management team in achieving sales, gross profit, and net profit targets.
Maintain housekeeping and overall store standards of excellence.
Assume store manager responsibilities when required.
Pursue professional development and technical training opportunities.
