The Role – Business Development Pathway to Financial Advisory
We are looking for energetic, organised individuals with experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. You will work directly with advisors to grow their client base, manage relationships, and contribute to business success, all while gaining the skills and experience needed to become a fully qualified financial advisor.
Core Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outreach
* Develop digital marketing and social media strategies to attract prospects
* Support administrative and compliance processes
* Build referral networks and collaborate with advisors to grow portfolios
* Work towards completing your financial advisory qualifications
