About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Lead to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the timely turnover of all mechanical systems to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Construction: You will review and liaise with design and client workgroup leads on model reviews, prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for trade contract procurement, assist in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and lead constructability reviews.
">
2. In Addition: You will ensure that the construction phase of projects is adequately provided with suitable personnel, plant, tools, temporary facilities, and other resources.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
">
* Significant years of experience in a similar role
">
* Biotech/Pharma knowledge
">
* Excellent communication and multi-disciplinary skills
">
