We are working very closely with a client of ours that provides asset and liability management services. They manage a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities.They are looking for anIT Project Manager/Specialistto come on board and join the team. This role will be based inDublin and is offering a hybrid working model.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver large-scale IT projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure initiatives.Manage all stages of the project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to execution, delivery and post-implementation review.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, schedules, budgets, RAID logs and status reports.Define clear project objectives, success metrics and governance structures in line with corporate standards.Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners.Ensure effective change management, communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Drive delivery excellence by enforcing project management best practices and continuous improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years' experience managing large, complex IT projects in enterprise environments.Proven track record delivering cloud-based and ERP/CRM projects, ideally with Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365.Relevant third-level qualification in IT, Business, or Project ManagementStrong vendor and stakeholder management experience, including third-party integrators.Demonstrable experience managing project budgets, schedules and resource allocation in matrix environments.Agile / Scrum certification desirable (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP).Excellent understanding of project governance frameworks and risk management principles.PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification (mandatory).Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.If this role is of interest to you apply now or contact Christine McCarthy at Parker Stewart.
