At FläktGroup, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager based primarily in our Dublin office to ensure the successful execution of commercial HVAC-related projects. If you have 5+ years of proven industry experience, then we would like to hear from you.What you will be doingFull project management from sales handover to client/site handoverFace to face meetings with our customers and relevant stakeholders to agree and capture scope of deliveryPerforming technical HVAC design reviews with the stakeholders to ensure adequate support and high quality installationsEquipment and services procurement with our internal manufacturing facilities and suppliersProvide project updates and status reports on a consistent basisPerforming quality control tasks with financial reviews and budget monitoring.Management of equipment delivery to our customersManagement of all agreed site activities and ensuring a high standard of quality.Provide handover close out to all stakeholders.What you will bring:Education/Knowledge/Certification:Third-level education in an engineering disciplineMechanicalElectricalBuilding services(Or similar field to above)Experience required:5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC project-based roles. Delivery of major HVAC plant equipment and management of site activities including light installation/assembly works and plant commissioning.Skills required:Strong organizational and customer management skillsProficiency in project scheduling and budgeting toolsTechnical proficiency in HVAC systems and computer-based design toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCompetences:Strong customer facing skills and focusAnalytical and detail-oriented to ensure high qualityFinancial awareness is a must with a business acumenAdaptable and proactiveEffective and clear communication essentialBonus Points ForProject management certification (e.g., PMP), training in cost control and or procurement etcTrade certified background would provide a distinct advantageExperience with commercial/financial management and ERP systemsProven relevant industry experience and strong people management skillsWhat is in it for you?FläktGroup is committed to supporting your growth and development.
