PFH Technology Group are currently looking for a Senior Process Manager to join our Team
Role Overview
This is an initial 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and governance of enterprise-wide process frameworks that support business continuity, IT resilience, and operational recovery.
The role focuses on designing, standardising, and optimising end-to-end business processes, consolidating information across business and technology functions to build visibility of services, dependencies, risks, and recovery capabilities. Working with key stakeholders, the role will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish governance frameworks, and ensure continuous improvement through effective reporting, analysis, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business continuity and IT resilience processes across the organisation.
Create process maps, dependency models, and documentation covering infrastructure, applications, integrations, and services.
Improve forecasting, planning, re-planning, and scenario planning capabilities.
Establish standardised approaches to impact assessments, risk analysis, and recovery planning.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to gather, validate, and consolidate information.
Support vendor, platform, and technology risk assessment activities.
Develop strategic dashboards, reporting, and management information for senior leadership.
Drive collaboration, alignment, and process governance across distributed teams.
Strong analytical and reporting experience, ideally within business continuity or operational resilience.
Proven experience creating process maps and documentation for large, complex organisations.
Good understanding of business continuity, IT continuity, cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, and regulatory requirements.
Experience translating business and technical requirements into structured methodologies and frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and reporting abilities.
Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM), ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Enterprise Architecture frameworks.
Experience working within complex technology or highly regulated environments
