Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, your role is pivotal to the success of our business. You will ensure that the branch team collaborates effectively to deliver excellent service to both external customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a large team to achieve their best performance, including line management responsibility for the branch team.
* Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource allocation, and customer service within the branch to meet daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
* Demonstrate an enthusiastic willingness to have a daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards by leading from the front and driving our safety-first culture.
* Acknowledge and promote behaviour aligned with our Company's core values and foster a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
* Collaborate with our field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
Work schedule: average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and alternate Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.
