This is an opportunity for an IT Support Engineer who is keen to
gain exposure to the latest technologies
and
progress
in their
career
.
You will be working within a
small team (4 others)
allowing you to gain exposure to various levels of
support from Level 1 to Level 4
.
This is an ideal position for someone who has gained exposure to Level 2 and 3 support and is looking for an
opportunity
to get
exposure
to
Level 4 complex queries
.
Ideally you will have had exposure to
Active Directory, Intune
, and
Azure Cloud.
The position is
hybrid
, initially
onsite 4 days
a week to reduce down to
2 after probation
.

Skills / Experience:
3 + years of experience as an IT Support Engineer
Strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack: Active Directory, Azure, Office365
Extensive experience in both Level 2 and 3 Support
Salary / Renumeration:
€50,000 – €55,000 + 10 % Annual Bonus (Can be exceeded) + 12% Pension + Healthcare + 25 AL Days + Hybrid role and MORE!
