This role will lead the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns across The Engine Room client portfolio, ensuring outstanding delivery and measurable results. The successful candidate will be client-facing, highly organised, and experienced in managing both paid and organic digital activity across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementOversee digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients along with the digital ads manager.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery of retainer and project work.Work closely with internal team members to deliver creative assets, campaign plans, and performance reports.Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and budgets.Identify opportunities to improve performance, reach, and engagement across channels.Ad Creation and ManagementOversee the creation of ad content (copy, visuals, and video) in collaboration with the digital ads manager.Ensure campaigns are running well and challenge any ideas to improve performance and outcomes.Ensure campaigns are compliant with platform guidelines and budget parameters.Check on campaigns to ensure they're running as efficiently as possible.Budget ManagementAllocate and manage client budgets effectively across multiple channels and campaigns along with the digital ads manager.Monitor spend and performance to maximise ROI.Organic Social MediaHelp plan and review organic social media content for clients.Monitor engagement, analyse performance, and compile regular reports.Client CollaborationWork closely with the wider team to present proposals, strategies, reports, and campaign updates.Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.Skills & Experience Required3+ years experience in a digital account management role or similar.Experience with managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.Strong understanding of content marketing, and social media management.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Good people management skills are essential.
