We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Professional to provide administrative assistance to our consultant team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to consultants, including preparing correspondence, reports and other documents.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
* Manage calendars, book appointments and coordinate meetings as required.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients and external stakeholders.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
* A strong working knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desirable Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
* Diploma or certificate in medical secretarial training.
* Audio typing certification.
* Experience working with private health insurance claims and billing systems.
