Job Title: EY IAM Senior Manager

Reports to: Director
Role Summary
Lead the development of the digital identity and access management (DIAM) and privileged access management (PAM) solution set across multiple clients and sectors. Develop a go‑to‑market strategy across authentication, authorization and identity governance, support client delivery, manage projects from inception to completion, and provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the IAM strategy, policies, and procedures.
Lead client projects focusing on the integration of IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk).
Develop and deliver across all IAM/PAM capabilities such as JML workflows, MFA enforcement, password vaulting and session monitoring.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with client identity governance requirements.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Deep knowledge of IAM technologies and tools, including risk assessment and mitigation.
Strong project management skills, budget oversight and ability to deliver on time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with IT, security and business teams and present complex IAM concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
8+ years of experience in identity security domains with a deep understanding of Saviynt, Entra, SailPoint and CyberArk.
Prior delivery of PAM/IAM projects in large‑scale environments.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: IAM vendor certifications, CISSP or equivalent.
