Access Recruitment is looking for professionals with a background in lead generation (Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, Prospector…) to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.
If you’ve worked in lead generation, you already know how much money is in sales. But this isn’t just another sales role. Basic salary + uncapped commission (paid monthly): earn generous commission for every deal you close or upgrade
Ongoing commission after your placement is made: in temporary recruitment, every shift you place earns you commission, so your hard work keeps paying off as long as the candidate continues working
Average total compensation: €46k+ in Year 1 / €66k+ in Year 2 (important to emphasize that we give financial rewards for every single win, so top performers obviously make much more than this from the jump)

Fast-track your career: most of our Recruitment Consultants earn their next promotion within 6 months, with up to 13 levels available on the path to Specialist Level and Management

Who we’re looking for:
1–5 years of proven success in a lead generation or early sales cycle role (Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, Outbound Sales Representative, Prospector, etc…)
A driven and motivated professional who’s excited to get on the phone and add commercial value
A natural communicator and confident negotiator
