The role requires strong contract negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to analyze the changing technology market and identify efficiencies and cost improvements. Responsibilities include managing key vendors and assessing risk aligned with company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing complex contract agreements with external providers.
* Leading commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings and efficiencies.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their objectives and incorporate them into procurement strategies.
* Developing and executing strategic procurement plans to maximize savings.
* Creating policies for procurement, risk management, and mitigation.
* Developing strategies for long-term supplier performance.
* Leading meetings with teams to ensure objectives and deliverables are on track.
* Ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO, SOC 1&2, PCI.
* Managing global facility contracts and expenditures.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
* Experience in procurement and contracts within a fast-paced software environment is advantageous.
* Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and achieving cost reductions.
* Strong stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills.
* Excellent presentation and influencing abilities.
* Experience in risk management within the industry.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver solutions on time.
* Highly analytical, with experience using BI tools considered an advantage.
