As a Business Acceptance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand and clarify business requirements.
* Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, SRA's and user stories.
* Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
* Actively participate in development meetings with operational representatives to thoroughly understand new functionalities and their impact on operational processes.
* Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to gain a thorough and accurate understanding of key customer operations processes.
