We are currently seeking a
dynamic, motivated, and experienced Leisure Centre Supervisor
to join our client's team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, community-focused leisure centre.
Role Overview
As Leisure Centre Supervisor, you will support the Leisure Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the facility.
You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for all members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the leisure centre, including pool, gym, and wellness areas
Supervise and support a team of leisure attendants, lifeguards, and instructors
Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Handle customer queries and support membership sales
Monitor maintenance requirements and liaise with relevant departments
Maintain a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused environment
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in a leisure, fitness, or hospitality setting
Relevant qualification in fitness or leisure management (e.g. ITEC, REPS, RLSS) desirable
Valid
Pool Lifeguard certification
, swim instructor qualification, and
First Aid certification
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for health and wellness
