The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge, solid hardware troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.Key Responsibilities5 years' experience in IT Networking / Infrastructure SupportHands-on experience configuring and deploying network switchesProvide Level 2/3 network and infrastructure supportProficient with windows 11.Configure, deploy, and replace network switchesPerform network switch swap-outs and apply base configurationsTroubleshoot network issues including connectivity, latency, and packet lossSupport LAN/WAN environmentsInstall and maintain structured cabling and patch panelsPerform PC/laptop hardware troubleshooting and device imagingSupport printers and other peripheralsAssist with server room tasks (rack awareness, cabling basics)Perform BIOS and firmware updates (basic level)Manage Active Directory tasks (user accounts, group policies)Provide basic Microsoft 365 / Exchange supportUse remote support tools to resolve user issuesLog and manage incidents via ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutionsFollow change control processes and maintain proper documentationStrong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPVLAN configuration knowledgeBasic routing conceptsPFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
