Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the PMO Manager in various tasks, including processing project progress data and reporting on schedule activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Reporting activities such as overall project progress and recording project costs like timesheets, purchases, and expenses.
* Creating and updating reports on project status.
* Drafting and formatting associated documents.
* Entering data accurately onto systems.
* Ensuring all information and documentation is processed, maintained, monitored, and filed.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience working in a project administration role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time-management, prioritization, and organization skills.
* The ability to work on your own initiative.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Strong record-keeping skills.
Training & Personal Growth:
* Company sponsorship of relevant training (all business-related courses are encouraged).
* GAMP & GDP (Good Documentation Practice) training will be provided.
* Project Control Documentation training will be provided.
* Manual Handling, Health & Safety Training.
Reports To:
PMO Manager
Remuneration & Conditions:
* Permanent Full-time role.
* Salary dependent on experience.
* 21 days annual leave.
