Our team operates globally with offices in Central London, Dubai, Warsaw, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Consultant with the ability to engage and interact with stakeholders at different levels.
You will play a leading role in delivering innovative design solutions while providing technical and team leadership.
You will collaborate with the wider Cundall team and external partners to manage delivery of technically excellent projects.
The role includes managing engineers to deliver designs, conducting technical reviews, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring fee and programme.
You will be involved in QA processes, establishing deliverables, mentoring, and work-winning activities.
You should be able to manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers, and you will be supported by senior management within the team.
The preferred location is London, but we will also consider candidates in Birmingham, Manchester, or Newcastle.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineers to deliver designs and meet client expectations.
Coordinate technical reviews, QA, and deliverables across projects.
Engage with stakeholders across disciplines and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Contribute to work-winning activity and client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership; degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science (MEng, BEng, or BSc).
Significant experience in IT consultancy and/or IT design within engineering projects.
Experience delivering small to medium-scale projects and leading less experienced engineers.
Proven ability to produce schematic diagrams, specifications, project reports, site surveys, and detailed designs.
Knowledge of WiredScore or other technical benchmarking for buildings is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with architects, MEP, and installation teams across RIBA stages; strong client-facing communication.
Membership in IET, BCS, BICSI RCDD, or similar is desirable.
