We are currently recruiting for a
Telemarketing Lead
to join our team in either
Cork or Thurles
. This is an office-based role initially, with the option to move to a hybrid arrangement after a settling-in period.
The purpose of this role is to support our internal recruitment teams by delivering a range of targeted outbound campaigns, engaging with potential clients and candidates, and helping to position Berkley Group as a trusted recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Office-based role in Cork or Thurles (hybrid working available after the initial period)
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow up on marketing campaigns and build professional relationships
* Excellent communication skills to confidently represent Berkley Group to prospective clients and candidates
* A mature and professional approach, recognising that prospects may not always be available or willing to engage at the time of contact
* Good commercial awareness, with the ability to identify client needs and position Berkley Group as a solutions-focused partner
