Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
* Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
* Package and label products accurately
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Assist in the training of new team members
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
* Report any machinery issues or product discrepancies to supervisors
Requirements
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Basic understanding of food safety regulations
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work
* Physical ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials or equipment
