Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
* Identify target markets, analyze industry trends, and develop go-to-market plans for new services and solutions.
* Proactively pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, targeted outreach, and strategic partnerships.
* Lead the development and delivery of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the engineering sector.
* Develop and manage sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report regularly on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a relevant field.
* 5-7+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in business acquisition.
* Experience working with or for a large EPC company.
* Proven success in identifying, pursuing, and closing significant new business deals.
