Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Belfast. This is a part-time, Fixed Term Maternity Contract position.
Key Responsibilities
* Record Creation and Document Management: Maintain and develop filing systems and processes.
* Administration Support: Assist with managing the administration department, providing world-class service to clients, and coordinating with other departments as required.
* Diary Management: Schedule appointments, manage timetables, and handle general administrative duties such as photocopying and phone calls.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in an office/corporate environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm (pro rata £24,000 salary).
