We are one of the founding members of the Association of Pension Trustees of Ireland.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Property Services Administrator will be responsible for the administration and assessment of property investments, ensuring they are suitable for ITC vehicles with regard to Revenue and / or Pensions Authority requirements. The role will involve liaising with numerous third parties, processing all property-related requests and delivering a first-class service our to our Financial Advisors and Clients as part of a busy team environment.The ITC Group have made the decision to work from home on a permanent basis. Therefore, this role is exclusively a remote working opportunity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis is primarily an administrative role supporting our Clients, Intermediaries, Sales Team and other Departments within the company within property investments. The typical day to day workload of a Property Services Administrator would broadly consist of 60% processing property related requests for our Financial Advisors and Clients, 30% administration work, and 10% ad-hoc project work. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include:To ensure that assessed property investments are suitable for ITC vehicles with regard to Revenue and / or Pensions Authority requirements and process all new assessed applicationsDeliver a first-class service to our Financial Advisors and Clients in line with our company policiesLiaising with numerous third parties including Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, Property Managers and Insurance CompaniesEnsuring all requests are processed in a timely mannerResponsibility for maintaining client files to the highest standardEnsure all property-related liabilities are discharged within agreed timelinesEnsuring client service standards are upheld by adhering to our procedures manual and customer charterREQUIRED SKILLS & BEHAVIOURSCommunicate enthusiasm and commitment to achieving objectives and contributes to their teamAptitude to organise tasks and manage workload efficientlyAbility to work both on own initiative and as part of a teamListens to the needs of customers and act on what they are sayingActively seeks out views, opinions and ideas from othersInvestigate issues/problems to their best ability and seek assistance with basic understanding completedCommunicates with others in a professional and helpful way, conveying information clearly and conciselyActively monitors own performance against personal, team and company targetsUnderstands the nature of their job requirements and who these services are targeted towards.Shows respect for other members of the team and provides support for one anotherQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIREDExperience in client facing role or administration role is essentialGood understanding of the basic principles of customer service is essentialWorking knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and in any in-house systems is essentialThird level qualification is beneficial, business-related course preferablePrevious pension experience is beneficialJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionSick payWellness programWork from homeExperience:Administration: 2 years (required)Property services or Finance: 1 year (preferred)MS Office and Outlook: 1 year (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: Remote
