We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Welding Operative -time served Solas recognised Trades Certification or to a similar standard.
* with current Safe pass, Manual Handling and Abrasive wheels training and full drivers licence (preferably)
* minimum of 2 years previous experience in the manufacture of mild steel or stainless-Steel Fabrications
* High standard of welding experience to a suitable standard in Mig/Mag/ Tig Welding
* ability to produce parts to drawing specifications,
* ability to read and interpret drawings and build to strict tolerances
* ability to work in a busy team with a positive "can do attitude"
* Ensure work area is kept clean to a high standard
* Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
Job is based at the company's Main Office, Callan Precision Engineering, in Callan, Co.
Kilkenny but may be required to work or train at other locations as reasonably determined by the needs of the business.
