We offer flexible schedules, and a headcount payout on top of base pay for class attendees.Self-Employed Fitness Instructor Allas is seeking passionate, dynamic, and self-motivated instructors to join our collective. We are looking for reliable leaders who can command a room, connect with clients, and deliver an exceptional workout experience every single time.As a self-employed instructor, you are a brand ambassador and a key part of our community. You will have the freedom to bring your unique energy and style while delivering our signature class formats.We are specifically looking for experienced pilates (mat), strength training, barre, and yoga instructors. If you can teach a hybrid of these workouts than even better (especially pilates and strength)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a High Quality Workout: Lead high-quality, coach-led group sessions that are safe, effective, and rewardingCoach and Motivate: Cue movements clearly and correct technique using both verbal and physical coaching points. Deliver each workout with confidence, clarity, and positive energy.Build Community: Engage with clients before, during, and after the session to build rapport and boost retention. Create a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all fitness levels.Be a Brand Ambassador: Embody our values through professionalism, energy, and community engagement.
