Reservations Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at a luxurious four-star hotel in Co. Kildare.
This is a hands-on management role that requires commercial insight and excellent guest service skills.
About the Role:
* Manage the full reservations process for the hotel, including monitoring incoming business and adjusting plans as needed.
* Analyse trends, forecasts, and performance data to share clear reports and recommendations with the management team.
* Oversee rate loading, OTA updates, and distribution channels to ensure maximum revenue.
* Respond to group and individual booking enquiries, issue proposals, and ensure clear follow-up communication.
* Work closely with Sales and Front Office to maintain accuracy and communication throughout the hotel.
* Ensure the website booking engine is up-to-date and fully functional.
* Support the front desk with guest information, charge accuracy, and upcoming stays.
* Motivate and guide the team to deliver a high standard of service and engagement.
This position involves forecasting and reporting, team management, guest service, and operational efficiency.
