Attend and minute monthly sales meetings, capturing clear, actionable notes to keep the team aligned. Schedule internal meetings, coordinate diaries, and prepare meeting rooms to ensure all sessions run smoothly. Monitor and respond to live chat enquiries from the company website, providing quick and professional responses to potential customers.
