Production Chemist Job
We are seeking an experienced Production Chemist to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for supporting quality control, modifying existing products and developing new ones.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage small teams and contribute to management decision-making.
* Support quality control of existing and new products on site.
* Modify existing products to suit new markets.
* Develop new products and support global sales.
* Monitor and control the production process through in-process checks and monitoring.
* Provide technical advice to the production team to ensure high-quality final products.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct defect investigation and root cause analysis.
* Test and evaluate new products.
* Meet with raw material suppliers to evaluate new materials.
* Site testing and development of products.
