Job Overview
Seeking a senior IT professional to lead delivery and resilience of infrastructure services in our Dublin office.
The role involves governance of third-party providers, ensuring high-quality and compliant infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.
This position reports to the Head of IT Operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management
1. Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.
2. Oversee enterprise backup solutions and storage infrastructure, ensuring secure and recoverable systems.
* Network Infrastructure Management
1. Ensure availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
* Cloud Services Management
1. Manage M365 platform including Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point, Intune, and associated compliance/security features.
* Vendor Relationship Management
1. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and managed service providers, including contract performance, SLA adherence, service reviews, and escalation handling.
* Documentation Management
1. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and controls.
* Regulatory Compliance
1. Ensure full compliance with DORA, GDPR, and financial regulatory standards.
