Our client, a leading international manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Midleton, Co. Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated and experienced team supporting customers across Europe and beyond.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment and fluency in German and/or French.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Manage general customer queries and ensure resolution from start to finish.
* Work collaboratively within the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
* Use ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar) to manage customer orders and data.
* Liaise effectively with other departments to support strategic objectives.
* Complete additional customer service tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
* 1–3 years’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in German and/or French (written and spoken).
* ERP system experience (JD Edwards an advantage).
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong problem-solving ability and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Team player with flexibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
