What's on Offer:Negotiable salary depending on experienceYour new role includes:Prepping wood and metal for painting (sanding, priming, masking)Mixing and matching paints/lacquersUsing HVLP or airless spray systems to apply coatingsApplying finishes like gloss, satin, or matteMaintaining the spray booth and equipmentQuality control of finished productsExperience you need:3+ years' experience working in a similar role or experience working in a busy manufacturing facilityExperience with spray guns and similar equipment.Understanding of various finishes (lacquer, polyurethane, etc.
