This role will be based in the
Cayman Islands.
Full relocation support provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise meeting schedules, prepare agendas, compile materials, and circulate documentation to relevant stakeholders and third-party providers.
* Coordinate governance-related meetings (board, advisory, and investor/ownership meetings), including recording discussions and outcomes.
* Produce accurate and detailed minutes, manage approval/sign-off processes, and follow up on agreed actions after meetings.
* Serve as the main contact for a designated group of entities, ensuring consistent administrative and governance support.
* Handle a broad range of correspondence and day-to-day administrative matters involving legal advisers, clients, and external partners.
* Support billing activities, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable tracking
* Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documenting procedures and supporting best-practice implementation.
* Provide flexible support, including occasional work outside standard business hours when required.
* Assist with additional operational tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
Education, Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, legal studies, languages, or similar).
* Professional governance/secretarial certification strongly preferred.
* 5 years' relevant experience in corporate governance, or company secretarial services.
* Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and corporate governance standards within a financial services context.
* Working knowledge of business processes and compliance frameworks supporting formal meeting management and governance services.
* Proven ability to plan, run, and coordinate formal meetings and deliver high-quality minutes within tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
* Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
