As a Business Growth Accelerator, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion and shaping the future of our organization.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with experienced Account Executives to develop effective strategies for prospecting and outreach. This includes creating, testing, and refining messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential companies that can benefit from our products, as well as helping to bring in new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
To excel in this position, you will require:
* Fluency in Polish and English
* At least 9 months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role
* Motivation, energy, and enthusiasm about exceeding targets
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
