Sales Representative (Dublin 12, Onsite, Permanent) A well-established provider of premium steel sheds, garages, and custom storage solutions is hiring a Sales Representative for their Dublin 12 showroom. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where youll manage the full sales journeyfrom first enquiry through to quotation, follow-up, and close. Youll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right product and configuration to suit their needs. Location: Dublin 12 (fully onsite) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm Contract: Full-time, permanent Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Consultation Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a friendly, informative experience. Understand customer requirements (space, use, budget, site needs) and recommend suitable options. Explain product details clearly, including sizes, specifications, features, and customisation options. Sales & Customer Service Own the end-to-end sales process: enquiry handling, product selection, quoting, follow-up, and closing. Prepare accurate quotations and ensure timely follow-up to progress opportunities. Answer customer queries on product features, pricing, delivery timelines, and installation. Product Knowledge Build strong knowledge of the product range (including options, add-ons and custom builds). Keep up to date with new products and promotions (full training provided). CRM & Administration Record customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline using the CRM system. Maintain accurate sales activity records and ensure smooth handover where required. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a sales role (showroom/retail/home improvement/construction-related products is an advantage). Excellent communication and customer service skills with a consultative approach. Strong follow-up, organisation and closing ability. Comfortable using MS Office/Excel and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in storage solutions or similar products is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
