Whether it's powder coating or electroplating, you'll be right at the heart of production, playing a key role in delivering quality work, every time. Key responsibilities: Follow the production schedule and priorities. Select appropriate programs based on part requirements. Prepare and inspect components for defects pre- and post-processing. Conduct all standard quality testing. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability within the team. Compile reports using internal analysis tools.
