Organisational Development Executive Role

* Spearhead the delivery of change management programmes and align HR/OD priorities with business goals
* Leverage expertise to drive core OD activities, including employee engagement strategies, learning and development programmes, annual performance evaluation cycles, tuition aid processes, internal communications, mentorship programme coordination, graduate programme management
* Contribute to HR operations, encompassing recruitment and selection activities, and provide constructive feedback to staff and candidates as required
* Develop and present comprehensive HR briefs and documentation for senior stakeholders up to board level
