We are seeking an experienced Land & Business Administrator to join a high-profile, large-scale infrastructure scheme in Dublin.
The preferred candidate is an experienced and highly organised administrator who thrives in large, complex project environments.
You enjoy working at the heart of site operations, supporting senior teams and acting as a key point of connection between client and contractor stakeholders.
You bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and either a solid understanding of — or a genuine interest in — land management within infrastructure projects.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, you take ownership of tasks and play an active role in keeping projects running smoothly day to day.
You will also support wider project functions including facilities management, IT coordination and compliance with client governance, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive business and administrative support at site level to ensure smooth project delivery
Support effective communication and coordination between client, contractor, and wider stakeholder teams
Assist with land-related administration, including document tracking, stakeholder correspondence, and record management
Oversee and support document control activities, ensuring compliance with agreed processes and project governance
Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior project leadership in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Manage competing priorities, take ownership of tasks, and proactively drive outcomes
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation aligned with project and client requirements
Attend regular client & contractor meetings engaging with project & client personnel
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years' experience in business administration, preferably within infrastructure, road, construction, or large-scale capital projects
Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex environments
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
Experience working across client and contractor interfaces is highly desirable
Exposure to land management, land access, or stakeholder coordination within projects is an advantage, or a strong interest in developing this area
Highly proficient in MS Office and project administration tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging multiple stakeholders
Ability to take a holistic view of project needs while managing detailed administration
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a site environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and manage issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, administration, construction, or similar)
