Contract: 12 months Rate: €22.56 per hour Location: Little Island - Hybrid working model We are seeking an English-speaking professional to support our Enterprise Meeting Services team with healthcare providers contracting, compliance, and reporting activities. This role is central to ensuring smooth end-to-end contract management, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivery of an excellent customer experience for both internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for all contracting-related queries from healthcare professionals and internal partners. Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring timely coordination, execution, and compliance with agreed SLAs. Monitor operational dashboards daily, ensuring accurate distribution and follow-up across the team. Maintain compliance with anti-corruption policies when engaging with HCPs. Ensure accurate data capture to support contractual agreements and disclosure requirements, including managing data corrections and responding to reporting queries. Track, review, and share performance metrics with stakeholders to monitor and improve KPIs. Resolve escalated issues efficiently and liaise with senior management when needed. Share expertise in business processes and systems, supporting training and knowledge transfer across the team. Contribute to global and regional projects, driving process improvements and supporting broader business initiatives. Provide oversight for meetings, including HCP contracting, payments, expense reimbursements, and compliance support. Collaborate cross-functionally with global and international teams within Meetings & Congresses and other key connected functions. Requirements 3-4 years' customer-facing experience with strong communication, compliance, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Experience with Salesforce, SAP P2P, and MS Office (including Visio) preferred. Prior experience with contracting systems is advantageous. Proven ability to identify, recommend, and deliver process improvements.
