Bus Eireann is recruiting an Engineering Operative to join the Fleet maintenance team based in our Depot in Ballina.
Responsibilities
Fueling and recharging buses, and checking oil/water levels.
Covering shifts when required.
Shunting of vehicles.
Washing and cleaning buses.
Minor maintenance work under direction from the Foreman or Team Leader.
Other duties as outlined by the Foreman or Team Leader.
Maintenance of the Garage area.
Cleaning and tidying the depot and garage environment.
Vehicle and parts deliveries and collections.
Operating forklift truck.
Holding a D licence.
Any member of the EO grade will undertake suitable tasks subject to competence and safety considerations.
