Comprehensive Support Specialist
The Comprehensive Support Specialist will provide strategic support to senior leadership, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive executive support services to the CEO and senior team members.
* Proactively manage diaries to maximize productivity and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
* Develop and implement effective administrative systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.
* Plan, prepare, and coordinate materials for meetings, including supporting documents and reference materials.
* Arrange logistics for meetings on behalf of the CEO and Directors.
* Coordinate strategic initiatives, including planning and executing launches, roadshows, and quarterly management meetings.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a senior administrative role.
* Not-for-profit sector experience is highly desirable.
* High level of organizational, administrative, and technical skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.
* Proactive and solution-focused individual with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
