I am seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveManufacturing Specialistto join a dynamic manufacturing site here in Cork. Ideally you will have a strong background in manufacturing systems, with extensive experience in SAP and MES environments. You will be adept at managing inventory, resolving system discrepancies, and training team members on best practices. With excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, you will ensure seamless operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes and systems, I want to hear from you Main Responsibilities: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure stock alignment across various systems. Organize and execute scheduled stocktakes, including the annual site stocktake. Align backflush materials and coordinate with master data for necessary adjustments. Verify consumption records in MES/SAP and perform TECO in SAP. Address and correct daily stock discrepancies. Develop new SOPs/OPLs and train the manufacturing team on proper system usage. Correct product declarations across all systems. Collaborate with finance for month-end closure and resolve any issues promptly. Investigate production orders with unexpected activities or consumptions. Participate in WISE, Tekdan, and SAP UAT/simulation testing. Assist other departments with MFG input for new system development or improvements. Train new users on manufacturing systems and set up systems for trials and new products. Liaise with WISE, DANIS, and GEA, and manage ticket logging and responses. Generate and distribute reports as needed. Update WISE master data as requested. Serve as the Poka system administrator, creating forms and setting up new plant structures. Experience & Qualifications: Experience with systems in a manufacturing environment or similar. Relevant Third Level qualification. Knowledge of SAP modules and their interaction within a multinational organization. Proficient in data entry and management. Skilled in using MS Office tools. Strong numerical ability to record, interpret, and analyze key process data. Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
