New Product Development Specialist
This role involves coordinating the development of next-generation products. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines, manage order and shipping dates for components, and assist in early product development through release to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive product planning activities from planning stage to delivery; own product cycle schedules through current workflow software systems
* Synchronize with team members from design, applications, marketing to understand new product material needs and update team members on status of ordered materials, priorities, and deliveries
* Anticipate potential issues in the project management flow and take proactive steps to resolve the issues by working with stakeholders; internal designers or manufacturing departments to resolve the issues
* Receive information regarding materials and packaging needed and enter the information into the computer software workflow systems
* Assign numbers to new products in the system and remove numbers that have become obsolete
* Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to identify and/or communicate priorities of orders and ship out dates
* Owning new product sampling and processing to ensure timely delivery of engineering samples to customers
* Attending product development meetings to understand product development schedules provide feedback on anticipated workflow issues
* Review and maintain all product Bill of Materials sheets to ensure there is an adequate capacity of materials for product development
* Set up all planning timeliness for product logistics in the Workflow system
* Submit wafer starts in Fab and manage cycle time through assembly for all new products
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills is required. Additionally, excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
