The Client and overview of the role: My Client are an established-but-growing Residential Developer. They have around 20no. projects nationally which include new build housing estates and renovations/conversions of historical buildings. They are a privately-owned, award-winning business and they are growing their presence in the Waterford area. I'm looking for a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Regional Manager to join the team and look after Waterford specifically. They have 3no. Sites near the City with around 400no. Timber-Frame/Pre-Cast properties to build across the next 4-5 years and you'd be joining the business before the first sod is turned. As Senior PM/Regional Manager, you'd be the most senior person in the Region and you'll ensure site safety and operations run smoothly, whilst reporting to a Construction Director and Managing Director. As this is an established, close-knit team, we're also looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in what they do and seeing others do well. This position has supervisory responsibilities, so we are also looking for someone has the ability to develop people and processes and who possesses excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities will include: Drive the projects on and create a good culture for the Waterford team Staff development/mentorship Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise. Managing internal and external relationships Set & maintain Project Milestones. Manage EHS and ensure Quality Control as per Company and Industry standards Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently. Requirements: Don't take yourself too seriously - I've worked with these guys for a good while now and culture fit is massive! Previous experience managing projects in excess of €50m - need to have Resi experience in some capacity. Good knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. It would be great to have Project Management qualifications (PMP, Degree, Etc.) What's on offer? Laptop, phone, etc. €90k-€115k basic (DOE).
