J P & M Doyle is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Property Administrator to join our Terenure Branch. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our team.

* Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally
* Perform accurate data entry
* Assist Sales and Letting Agents with administrative tasks
* Create brochures and maintain window displays
* Draft letters and correspondence
* Keep filing and records organized
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or property support is helpful but not essential
* Willingness to learn, training will be provided
* Good communication and organizational skills
