**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead large-scale HR technology transformation programs across multiple industries.
* Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR platforms.
* Develop and deliver HR technology strategies aligned with business goals.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience (10+ years) in HR technology consulting or transformation.
* Deep functional and technical knowledge of at least one major HRIS platform (SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, or Workday).
