As part of their ongoing success, they now seek to hire a new Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Role Join the commercial team delivering a large-scale residential development in South Dublin, supporting the full commercial lifecycle from procurement through to project completion.
Manage subcontractor procurement, packages and contract administration Prepare valuations, variations and cost reports Monitor project budgets, forecasts and cashflow Assist with measurement, take-offs and commercial reporting Work closely with project managers and site teams to maintain cost control Support negotiation of subcontractor accounts and final accounts The Person Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar Experience working with a main contractor or developer Strong understanding of residential construction projects Good commercial awareness and contract knowledge Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The Package €65k - €85k salary depending on experience 5% pension 22 days annual leave Additional benefits negotiable Location: South Dublin Contact Colin Freeman for more information Skills: quantity surveying construction building residential commercial Benefits: pension
