We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment.

1. Prior experience as a Pastry Chef is essential. Experience working in high volume kitchens would be beneficial.
2. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking fundamentals.
Bonuses for the role include competitive pay based on the market rates. Work life balance could be an option depending upon company needs during peak season; however there may not always be benefits regarding this area due primarily because management has little control over timing when service hours run.
